PAINTING THE SCHOOL!
Our school is being 'test painted' by Mark - doing a small corner in hopes of completing a necessary complete repainting of the Log Cabin. Mark and Rafael have been working hard ~ sanding and painting the deck, porches, and more. Your support will allow us to complete the project in August - between the Summer program and the Fall school year. NEEDS:

HORSE SHELTER!
The horses need shelter across the street between the school and the freeway. The land needs graded and road base to be prepared and a three sided horse shelter built (13x48). Price includes electric drop line and water line under the road. Total cost is $16,000 Your donation gives the horses shelter during the harsh seasons. We'll place a plaque with your name on the shelter and on the website as a sponsor of the Mindful Horsemanship program. |

HAY FOR THE HORSES!
Feeding the horses year round is a continual struggle at Another Way. In fact, today we are down to three bales of hay for the seven horses and are looking for more. With wildfires and more... there's always a great need to ensure we have enough hay - the right kind of hay - and a way to get the hay here. Total annual cost for hay is $12,000 Your donation will be recognized with a plaque on the horse barn as "Horse Nurturer" and on the website as a sponsor of the Mindful Horsemanship program. |

SUBURBAN REPAIRS!
Our secondary vehicle needs some serious work. It's a great vehicle with lots of life left in it but the injectors need replaced and the brakes repaired. Having this vehicle up and running for the Friluftsliv program is key. Total repair cost for the Suburban is $2,500.00 Your donation will be recognized on our website as a sponsor of the Friluftsliv program. |

THE GARDEN!
The Garden Program, including the Peace Garden, is looking for a sponsor to nourish it. This year the costs to start from scratch were much higher than we anticipated. We'd like to have a garden that feeds the students year round with our greenhouse and that grows sacred plants for smudge bundles. Total cost for the Garden is $2,750 Your donation will be recognized on our website as a sponsor of the Garden and on a plaque in the Peace Garden. |

TEACHER TRAINING
Another Way offers a specialized program that requires an intensive teacher training program. Teachers who are certified in Montessori, Horsemanship, Skiing, or other skills must be guided specifically in the Another Way methods and programs. Two weeks with all teachers/mentors together will provide a solid team to nurture and guide students in the 2020/2021 school year. Total cost for Teacher Training is $12,000 Your donation will be recognized in our staff handbook, on our website and on a plaque in the school entry. |
